Week #5- Audacity Podcast

My  task for this week was to create a podcast for a subject area of your choice.

In order to create the podcast

1. I first had to log onto Ninite.com

2. Download Audacity.  Audacity is a free digital audio ,editor and recorder computer software application.

3. I then wrote out my script and then begun to record.

4. After recording I had was to listen and edit edit and also add music if i wished to using the tools in the task bar

5. Upon completion of the desired recording , I then had to save the podcast by selecting the file tab and export music to device

 How can I use what I've learnt

I can use podcast in the classroom to enhance my students learning ability and make learning fun & creative. Students will be interesting in exploring new ideas and with the use of podcast, they will be more hands on and participative in class since this will  help them to remember what they have  learnt. The podcast can be in the form of a poem or song that will help compliment the lesson.

Challeges

My only challenge was saving my recording as an mp 3 file.
